Industrial Park, New Town and Business City Recreation Park

Living in a city or industrial park which surrounding by building and shopping center, we need a recreation park near a river, sea, hill or historical place. Whereby during early morning 5 am to 8.30 am, evening 4.30 pm – 7.30 pm, weekend and public holiday, it is a best place for our family to walk around and picnic. Hence to maintain a recreation park, we need the source of fund. However the park shall have facility to support the visitors. The visitors need car park facility, food stores, mini market, fast food restaurant, picnic facility, multipurpose hall, mini sport game facility, healthy life style schools and pro-shop. The maintenance and facility management can collect rental, administration fee, maintenance fee and security fee from the tenants.
