Place to rest after work

We are living in a city that has a high population density. We need a proper place to rest after work.

We do not have time to go home at our public housing far from working place. It is very important to have budget hotel with package laundry within an hour service, a meal and hourly paid sleeping room service. The budget hotel shall have place for free drinking water, bath, free Wi-Fi, access computer and grooming place.

The Management of Land Transport Authority have right to built Heavy Vehicle Parking Tower or Under Ground Heavy Vehicle Parking Tunnel every kilometer range. The facility should have parking lots for motorbike, car, taxi, light transport, heavy transport and private buses. The facility should have toilet, food center, back pack hotel, budget hotel, fuel station, repair and serving workshop, drive thru fast food, mini market, ATM’s, Sing Post and so on.      

We are living in a city that has a high population density. We need a proper parking place for our drivers to serve the resident. 

Major Road Facilities and Maintenance Services

The Management of Road Lane; VIP Emergency Fast Lane, Car Lane, Light Vehicle Lane, Heavy Vehicle Lane and Motorcycle Lane.

The management shall build Five Lanes Road; VIP Emergency Fast Lane, Car Lane, Light Vehicle Lane, Heavy Vehicle Lane and Motorcycle Lane for major road in new town, business city or industrial park, interlink city express road, interlink division express road, interlink province express road and international highway.

   

We are living in a city that has a high population density. We need a proper safety road for 180 km/h VIP Emergency Fast Lane, 120 km/h Car Lane, 100 km/h Light Vehicle Lane, 80 km/h Heavy Vehicle Lane and 70 km/h Motorcycle Lane. The new town, business city or industrial park managements have to provide its Road User Safety System with entry fee, food center, shopping center, travelling hotel, car park, facilities and maintenance service. 

Road User Safety System

The Management of Handicap, Elderly Senior Citizen, Slow Electrical Vehicle (15 KM/H), Bicycle and pedestrians safety.

The management shall build slow motor track for bicycle, slow electrical vehicle and wheel chair user. The management also shall build jogging track for pedestrians. Places which are very busy shall have proper slow motor crossing, pedestrian crossing, overhead bridge, underground tunnel, escalator and lift. Some of the pedestrian crossing shall have barriers, warn flash light and  warn sound system for elderly users.

    

We are living in a city that has a high population density. We need a proper Pedestrian and slow vehicle users safety system to serve the resident. The new town, business city or industrial park managements have to provide its Road User Safety System.
