The new town, business city or industrial park managements have to provide a low income mobile clinic and mobile funeral service. This is to make sure needy and low income resident to have source of basic free mobile medical and free treatment.  However, this is to make sure needy and low income Muslim resident to have source of basic free mobile funeral service from hospital or home with basic cleaning and white cloth packing and send to cemetery for praying before burial.
