We are living in a city that has a high population density. We need to have Emergency Humanitarian Rescue Bases by converting our School, Institute and University. During General Election, By Election, President Election, Earthquake, Flood, Fire Outbreak, Disease Outbreak, Gas Leak, War and so on, the School, Institute and University shall proper design for as an Emergency Humanitarian Rescue Bases to save life. The new town, business city or industrial park managements have to organise an Emergency Humanitarian Rescue drill with resident, police, military, enforcement security, fire department, ambulance and school rescue voluntary organization annually.
