We need a river or under ground tunnel to channel rain water into our new town, business city or industrial park; water reserve tower or water reserve Lake Park or water reserve underground Valley. The new town, business city or industrial park managements have to reprocess or retreat water for our water supply. We should plan each new town, business city or industrial park with 10% of land for reprocess or retreat water.
